In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install bootstrap-utility-outdoor-neutrals

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses Bootstrap state colors, with blue #0D6EFD, green #198754, red #DC3545 and yellow #FFC107, and #181818 text. Stone, sage and dusty blue #6694B5 are outdoor-style accents whose role is still to be confirmed. You get a Bootstrap-based interface set in the Suisse font.
