In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install mouse-follow-shine-card

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent adds to your page a React (Tailwind) component with a small mouse-tracking hook. You replace the card content and the glow color. You get a luminous card that reacts to the cursor.
