The prompt describes frame-by-frame oil-on-paper animation in a whiteout blizzard. A mother and her young child push against the wind under cold moonlight, in a palette led by snow blue, with visible brushstroke texture and no 3D rendering. You get a dramatic winter scene with a painted look.
