The prompt describes a 1990s Hong Kong film scene: a person in a khaki trench coat listens on the phone in a red booth in the rain, then walks away into the crowd. Neon reflects in the puddles, with retro grain, step-printing and motion blur. The sound is rain on glass and a street murmur.
