The prompt describes the habits of a pragmatic Rails developer: RESTful controllers, logic in models, database constraints, Hotwire before a separate SPA, reversible migrations, idempotent jobs, strong parameters, tests and Brakeman scans. Each rule has a confidence level. You get guidelines to paste into a coding agent.
