In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install architect-plan-subagent

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This subagent reads the spec, the codebase analysis document and AGENTS.md, then describes the files to change, module structure and test plan, without writing production code. It stops for human approval before implementation. It assumes a pipeline that provides these files in the project.
