Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install changelog-generator-subagent

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This subagent reads git history following Conventional Commits, sorts changes by impact (breaking, features, fixes, internal) and puts breaking changes first, with their migration steps. It produces a CHANGELOG in Keep a Changelog format, release notes with download links, and generation scripts. The main agent calls it at each release preparation.
