In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install gitops-ci-specialist-subagent

This subagent starts by triaging a deployment failure: what changed, when it broke, how far it reaches and whether a rollback is possible. It then handles common failures (dependencies, environment mismatches, health-check timeouts) and proposes pipeline and GitOps configurations. The main agent calls it when a deployment fails or when a delivery chain must become reliable.
