In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install plan-mode-subagent

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The main agent hands it an analysis ahead of development. The subagent explores the code with search and usage tools, notes existing constraints and problems, then proposes a strategy. It does not write code at this stage.
