In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pre-commit-guardian-subagent

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

Your main agent calls it before a commit: it checks the branch, scans staged files for secrets, runs the build and tests and verifies the Conventional Commits format. If everything passes, it makes the commit; otherwise it reports what to fix.
