Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install session-end-subagent

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This subagent records what changed during the session and is not yet written down: task status, known issues, configuration changes and next steps. It edits only the fields that became stale and skips cleanly if nothing significant changed. It pairs with the session-start subagent.
