Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install session-start-subagent

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This subagent reads the canonical state document, checks the actual system state, compares the git history and flags drift, for example after an out-of-session deployment or an abrupt shutdown. It produces a short briefing before any change.
