Cursor applies these guidelines to a basic Solid.js project: functional JSX components, createSignal for state, createEffect for side effects, createMemo for derived values, createResource for data, createStore for complex state, and Show and For for conditional rendering and lists. It proposes a src/ structure and Solid Router when needed.
