In a terminal, from the folder you want:

First time: connect the CLI with

This subagent analyses the repository: complexity, duplication, test coverage, outdated dependencies and vulnerabilities, and git history. It classifies the debt with Fowler's technical debt quadrant, estimates its cost and proposes refactoring work items with effort and business value. The main agent calls it when complexity grows or when engineering work must be planned.
