In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install test-runner-subagent

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This subagent runs the project's test suite, reads the failing code and tests, then returns a structured diagnosis with suggested fixes. It does not write or edit code: the main agent or a person applies the fix and reruns the tests. It is used after an implementation, or when a red test run, locally or in CI, needs root-cause analysis.
