Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install 1password-secret-handling

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent lists the items in a vault to find the title and ID, then passes the values directly to the consuming tool. It checks that a value exists without displaying it. Titles containing slashes are handled separately.
