Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install 4d-5d-scheduling-erp

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent builds the task graph, links each task to BIM elements and BOQ lines, then rolls costs up by task or phase. You get a consistent 4D and 5D schedule and exportable Gantt or sequence views.
