Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ad-spend-guardrails-policy

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent derives each threshold from contribution margin, payback period and cash runway, then defines the kill-switch rules, counter-metrics and who may override them. It writes a policy that later budget decisions must respect. You get a spend governance document.
