Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install add-idea-to-backlog

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads ROADMAP.md, finds the next 999.x number and adds the idea to the Backlog section, creating the section if it is missing. You keep a list of ideas that grows without affecting the phase schedule.
