In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install add-spm-support-capacitor-plugin

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent converts the plugin repository: a root Package.swift, CAPBridgedPlugin conversion, removal of the Objective-C bridge, and podspec and package.json updates. It can use the converter or apply the conversion by hand, then checks that the package builds on its own. You get a plugin that an SPM app can install.
