Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install adk-agent-debugging-traces

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads traces and logs through the CLI in structured output, identifies the span type involved and applies the debug loop. It checks the offline configuration first, then analyzes the conversation. You get a diagnosis and the likely fix.
