Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install adr-driven-four-phase-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This command runs a four-phase workflow (preflight checks, implementation, formatting, release) and imposes a task list from the outset. Each phase has its own protocols and a gate to pass. It is triggered by saying “itp go”.
