Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install aem-component-scaffolding

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks the project configuration, then generates the dialog, HTL template, Sling model, unit tests and clientlibs, extending a Core Component where relevant. If a Figma URL is given, it fetches the design through the Figma MCP and translates it into HTL, CSS and JS. It follows Adobe best practices for AEM Cloud Service and 6.5.
