Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install affected-tests-only-runner

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent works out which units your diff touches, picks the tests for each suite and runs them. It prints the test plan and explains why each suite ran, was narrowed or was skipped. When uncertain, it runs the full suite.
