Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-experience-audit-subagents

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent launches several subagents in parallel, each with a one-sentence brief and real tools, to discover the docs and attempt a task. It captures their traces, then scores setup friction, speed, efficiency, error recovery and doc quality. You get an HTML report with an A to F grade and concrete fixes.
