Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-kanban-project-planning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the repository and board resources, splits the work into independent tasks with dependencies, shows the full plan, then creates and tracks the tasks through Realmroot Toolbox. Use it only on explicit request; you get an approved plan before anything is created.
