Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-kanban-task-delegation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent identifies the board and repository, picks an available agent, creates the task with its acceptance checks, then tracks progress and reviews the result. You get an assigned task and a review summary. Use it only on explicit request.
