Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-readiness-improvements

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the missing criteria in the report across the five pillars, then picks the fixes with the greatest impact that suit the repository. It implements the changes on request. You get a prioritised fix plan, then the matching changes.
