Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-ready-repo-harness

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent assesses a repository, then sets up the structure that guides agents: a short AGENTS.md, a docs folder, architecture boundaries and .harness/*.yml files. It also proposes a quality score to track progress. You get a repository where agents find the context they need.
