Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-run-evidence-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent splits the claimed success into verifiable claims, tests them against the available traces and gives each a verdict. It reruns no tool and changes no evidence. You get a report that separates real failures from missing evidence.
