In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-scan-alert-remediation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the scanner's alerts for each file of the skill, then restructures the content for the W001, W011 or W012 pattern to clear the alert without erasing useful information. It does not handle dependencies, code or infrastructure. You get a skill that passes the scanner.
