Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-session-handoff

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent identifies the session you mean, reads its raw transcript, extracts the conversation and gives you a summary ready for another agent to pick up. It does not ask unnecessary questions and detects the active session by default. You get a complete handoff, without copying the conversation by hand.
