Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-team-picker

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent lists the available personas, groups them by domain, then lets you pick up to five. It runs them in parallel on the task and combines their agreements and conflicts into one report. You get a synthesis rather than five separate answers.
