In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agent-workflow-orchestration-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent defines the execution loop, the tool call order, retry and fallback policies, state management and cost limits, then draws the orchestration diagram and a planning prompt. You get an agent specification ready to implement.
