Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install agentic-payment-mandate-authorization

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates active mandates with a spend cap, a time window and merchant rules, signs each transaction with Ed25519 and asks for agent consensus on large amounts. You get authorized payments that are verifiable and bounded.
