Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ai-team-launch-planning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent clarifies the expected outcome, acceptance criteria, constraints and the unit budget (from 1 to 100, 25 by default), then proposes up to three team templates. It creates the team, the run and the tasks in the RuFlo AI Team connector. These are coordination records: nothing is executed or billed.
