Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ai-team-lifecycle-management

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the current state, then pauses or resumes the team or completes the run. A run can be completed only when all its tasks are done; otherwise the open tasks are listed. The service deletes nothing: completing a run changes its coordination state only.
