In a terminal, from the folder you want:

First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent picks a grid size from the scene length, generates a sheet of numbered, timed 16:9 panels, then writes the video prompt script that follows the same timings. It enforces continuity of characters, wardrobe, props and locations, and reuses your reference images. You get one image file and one text file per scene.
