Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install alchemy-throughput-backpressure

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets call pacing from the account and observed responses, then adds bounded retries and admission control. It does not rely on plan quotas hard-coded in the source. You get a throttling design to approve and tests for the failure cases.
