Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install alliance-ranking-shortlist

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent applies must-pass screens, weights an alliance scorecard, tests the sensitivity of the ranking and checks dependency and co-innovation risks. It produces a ranked shortlist and a Go or No-Go decision memo. You get a prioritised portfolio of your candidate alliances.
