In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install app-store-connect-app-creation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent drives App Store Connect's New App form with a browser automation tool, because no public API creates the app. It first checks that the bundle ID is registered and that no app exists yet, then verifies the creation through the API. You get an app record created under your login.
