In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install application-security-owasp-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reviews code against the OWASP Top 10 (2025) and the OWASP API Security Top 10, models threats with STRIDE and checks authentication, input validation, headers and the supply chain. You get a list of vulnerabilities and corrective measures.
