Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install architecture-decision-record-4

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks that the decision is hard to reverse, surprising without context, and the result of a real trade-off. If so, it writes a short ADR in docs/adr/ and shows it to you. If not, it says so and creates nothing.
