Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install architecture-review-record

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent confirms the scope and review focus areas, then produces a record that keeps the evidence, assumptions, pillar analysis and trade-offs. The record does not make architecture decisions: it documents them, with links to ADRs. You get a durable, traceable document.
