Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install architecture-traceability-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent loads all documents, extracts the technical requirements, builds the traceability matrix, then looks for conflicts between ADRs and engine incompatibilities. It writes the report and updates the traceability index. You get a PASS, CONCERNS, NOT ASSESSED or FAIL verdict.
