Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install archon-project-task-tracking

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent manages your projects and tasks in Archon using a hierarchy and priorities, queries the knowledge base, and sets up the two-layer architecture: Archon for what and when, skills for how. You get a six-phase setup plan.
