Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ascii-project-progress-dashboard

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent computes progress bars, velocity and an estimated finish date from the tasks, then renders a box-drawing table that reads well in a terminal or a code block. You get a project status you can share in seconds.
