Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install astro-content-websites

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up an Astro project: pages and file-based routing, components, Markdown or MDX content collections, selective hydration islands and layouts. It can also enable on-demand rendering. You get a lightweight site without unneeded JavaScript.
