Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install automate-software-release

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent hands the release to a subagent that runs the version-bump and childhood skills in order, using the task you pass as argument. It handles the version bump, then the follow-up after publication. You get a published version without handling each step by hand.
