Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install aws-cognito-authentication

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent configures user pools and identity pools, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows, social or SAML federation and token handling. It also protects API Gateway or ALB routes so only signed-in users reach them. You get a Cognito configuration and the matching Amplify calls.
